TEXAS TO THE BONE!
Our products are cured and smoked, ensuring they can be safely shipped to you. To further protect them, they are cryovac-sealed and frozen. Depending on the weather conditions, your order may arrive frozen, partially frozen, or thawed. Be sure to refrigerate it as soon as possible upon delivery. If you don’t plan to serve the product within a week, it should be stored in the freezer.
To fully thaw, allow several days in the refrigerator. For best results and to retain moisture, keep the product sealed in its original packaging until you’re ready to reheat.
For optimal flavor, we highly recommend using an outdoor grill. Ensure the coals are glowing and free of flames. Place the meats directly on the grill rack, maintaining at least six inches of distance from the coals. The brisket will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach an internal temperature of 168°F. The ribs will reheat in 20-30 minutes.
Brisket:
Preheat the oven to 250°F and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sausage & Turkey Breast:
Preheat the oven to 225°F. Cook the sausage for 30 minutes, and for a 3-4 lb. turkey breast, cook for 1 hour.
Pork Ribs:
Preheat the oven to 410°F. Baste the ribs with Texas BBQ Company’s sauce, place them on a wire rack, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the ribs, reduce the heat to 275°F, baste again with sauce, and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Beef Ribs:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Baste the ribs with Texas BBQ Company’s sauce, place them on a wire rack, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the ribs, lower the temperature to 225°F, baste with sauce again, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
To preserve the original smokehouse flavor and moisture, avoid overheating. Cooking times may vary based on your oven, so use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F when fully reheated.
